You can customize Ubuntu’s desktop to what ever you want it to look like. You can make it look like Vista or look like any Mac if you want. Simply you van customize it to your needs and likes. There are so many options for Ubuntu’s desktop appearance.
Yes you can get an clock to Ubuntu, but i haven’t tried it.
